Refund

 

If you buy a product in-store or online, and no longer want the product you may qualify for a refund. This means you may be able to send it back to us and receive a refund of the product’s price if:

  • The product is unused, unopened and uninstalled
  • The products packaging is undamaged and is re-saleable in in the original condition
  • The refund is requested within 30 days of the customer receiving the item

 

If the above criteria are satisfied, and a refund is granted, the customer must pay the return shipping cost back to our store.

 

Note:

  • Original shipping costs to your address are unable to be recovered.
  • If the item was posted with free shipping from us, the refund amount will be the items price, less our actual shipping cost.
  • A re-stocking fee may apply at our discretion.

 

An item is not able to be refunded if:

  • Featured in our ‘clearance’ tab
  • We did not originally have the item in stock and have ordered the item in for you
  • You had a change of mind

If the item is not what you were expecting, we cannot guarantee you will receive a refund. Subject to our terms and conditions, we cannot guarantee product information, so use the product code for the most accurate information, read the description and of course, contact us for more information.

Exchange

 

If you buy a product in-store or online, and want to exchange the product for another, you may qualify for an exchange. This means you may be able send it back to us and receive another product in return if:

  • The originally purchased product is unused, unopened and uninstalled
  • The original products packaging is undamaged and is re-saleable in in the original condition
  • The exchange is requested within 30 days of the customer receiving the item

 

If the above criteria are satisfied, and an exchange is granted, the customer must pay the return shipping cost of the original item back to our store and the new items price will be calculated with its shipping cost.

 

Note:

  • Original shipping costs to your address are unable to be recovered.
  • If the item was posted with free shipping from us, the exchange amount will be the items price, less our actual shipping cost.

I think I qualify for a refund or exchange, what do I do next?

 

If you have read the above terms and think you qualify for a refund or exchange, please email sales@bdlt.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item. An assistant will respond to you and follow your request up.

 

I have qualified for a refund or exchange and sent the product to your store. What do I do next?

 

If you have qualified for a refund or exchange, and have sent the order back, following email directions, once we receive and inspect the product, will issue the refund or exchange, subject to the above terms and conditions, completely at our discretion.

 

If you have qualified for a refund or exchange, sent the product to us but we don’t receive it, then the product may have been lost in transit and will need to be taken up with the shipping provider. In this case we cannot provide a refund and the product may not be able to be recovered. For this reason, we recommend adding shipping insurance and tracking to the postage back to our shop.
