Flat Shipping Rates To East Coast!* 

Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory:

$25 for orders under $100.**

$30 for orders $100 and over.**

$35 flat shipping rate per fan.

 

What if I need delivery to South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania?

Unfortunately, due to the rising costs of postage to states and territories outside of the east coast, Brisbane Discount Lights and Taps is no longer able to offer a flat shipping rates to South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania. Should you require shipping to one of these areas, please contact us and we will find out and let you know how much the cost will be. Alternatively, you can organise your own courier.

 

How long will my item take to ship?

Depending on your location, it could take up to 7 days for your order to ship. We are more than happy to try and help you out if you need an item sooner. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to talk about other shipping options.

 

The item(s) I'm looking at is not available for shipping or doesn't have a shipping option?

Some of our items require in store pickup - fragile things like table and floor lamps, exhaust fans, basins, toilets and chandeliers, or heavy/bulky items like vanity units and kitchen sinks. The other possibility is that we haven't quite gotten the shipping right for the product(s) you're looking for. If you believe it is due to the latter, the best thing to do is to contact us and we'll try work out a shipping option for you.

 

International Delivery:

Brisbane Discount Lights and Taps do not currently deliver to areas outside of Australia

 

Shipping During Holiday Seasons:

Please be aware Brisbane Discount Lights and Taps does not operate over the festive period of Christmas and New Years or public holidays. If you happen to make an online order during this period, we will aim to dispatch your order as soon as we are open again.

 

Back-Ordered Products

In the event your item is back-ordered, we will aim to notify you immediately via the communication details you provided about the possibility and duration of delays.

 

*unfortunately we do not ship large/fragile items such as vanities, or items with ceramic or crystal, such as toilets/basins or chandeliers. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders containing glass items should we deem it too fragile to deliver. If you would like an item shipped that we don't have a shipping option on, please contact us.

**Heavy, bulky or items over 1 meter in length maybe subjected to further adjustment in shipping pricing post order confirmation.
